Subscriptions
AviTrail Plus and AviTrail Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through the App Store. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Bird Identification
Species identification is a decision-support feature and may be wrong. Do not use AviTrail as the only source for conservation, legal, safety or wildlife handling decisions.
Local Leagues
Local league points are for app engagement and may be adjusted to reduce abuse, duplicate observations or unsafe sensitive-species sharing.
Acceptable Use
Do not upload photos or sound recordings you do not have permission to use, attempt to identify people, share exact locations of sensitive nests or protected species, or interfere with the service.
